“Ordered a beautiful rug and matching runner. Told they had to cancel the rug order because the "last one" in stock was not sellable, and they wouldn't have more until 2021. Now it's showing the same item in stock, and I was able to order again. Hopefully this is not more false hope.”

“Love the rug, and it shipped in Just a few days. However, I waited all day Friday for the rug to be delivered at the promised time. Then at 7pm, Fedex changed the delivery to Monday. Grrrrr... made me late for a party. I always dread buying from a seller who uses Fedex, as I've had this happen before. The company is good but their shipper is bad. That's why only 3 stars.”
