“I ordered a rug two weeks ago and received a confirmation of the order. Since that time, I have received no information despite my contacts to the company by phone and by email. I had to cancel my order for lack of responsiveness. Don't waste your time by placing an order.”

“Placed an order with this distributor thru Houzz. Order stayed as “processing” for weeks. Sent them 2 messages and called attempting to get the status of my order. I wish I never wasted the time ordering through them. Asking Houzz to cancel the order.”

“I received these rugs 8 months ago. Thought they were wonderful until I started vacuuming. Still did no worry, thinking with time all the “fuzz and little fibers” will slow down from the shedding. After 8 months, my husband is seeing a pulmonologist and ENT for lung and throat issues and I am constantly congested. There are tiny fibers and lots of fuzz balls everywhere. Bought a 10x14 AND a 6x9 (total over 1600.00) which I am throwing away. The fibers are all over our pants. Customer support told me NOT to use the beater on a wool rug. I couldn’t believe he said that since that is what beaters are for on a vacuum cleaner. They claim they checked with manufacturer (Surya) and “that is what wool rugs do”. I have always had wool rugs and never had this problem. Shame on me for not contacting earlier but just thought the initial shedding would subside. They didn’t even offer me a discount on a different set of rugs, so obviously I will not be using Rug Savings at any time in the future. I feel like I burned $1600 plus the cost of new rugs that I replaced them with. Do not purchase these rugs.”
