“I purchased a Safavieh Blossoms Rug in December 2020 and the fringe is coming off in clumps after less than 90 days of use. Rugsavings.com is sticking to their 30 day return policy and refusing to allow me to return the rug. I understand their policy if I didn't like the rug, but the product is defective and I think they should have done more to find a resolution.”

“THE COMPANY IS MESSED UP INALL WAYS, ORDERED A RUG BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS UN-SHIPPABLE AND DAMAGED, AGREED ON WAITING FOR NEXT INVENTORY, GOT THE EMAIL THAT ITEM BACK IN STOCK BUT THEY NEVER SENT MY ITEM AND NOW SAYING IT IS NOT IN STOCK, david IS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, HE TOLD ME HE WAS A MANAGER, SUPERVISOR AND THE BOSS AND HUNG UP ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM! Never in my life I seen company acting this way, unacceptable!”

“Chat never would answer even though Andrea Barnett kept popping up. The discount code that was sent to me never would apply to the cart. I am asking that my discount be applied and that portion refunded. You had sent a 10 percent off code. After spending over an hour trying to call your company and trying to get someone to get an agent to answer I once again went in to try the discount code and hit the buy now button vs the apply coupon button. Please call me. 843-222-7662”

“First of all this rug is not 8x10, it is 7’7” by something, have not unrolled it all the way yet, as I have a bit of troubleshooting to do. Also the first page of 5-star reviews I just read sounded fake”

“They can’t tell me where my rug is bc Fed Ex merged tracking numbers? Customer service will not (as the shipper) find out where the hell my rug is after a slew of mishaps with this company. Awful, I would not recommend them b”
