“Ridiculous number of pop up messages when I go to the website to track my order. Insane. I do a lot of on-line shopping and I have never, ever had this many pop ups. JUST. STOP. IT.”

“I ordered an 11x8 rug and received a 9x7 rug. When I contacted customer service, the representative did not apologize for their error or the inconvenience they caused me, but acted like I had caused the problem. They told me to send it back using the existing packing material. I explained the packing material had been destroyed when I removed it. I also reported the carpet had a strong musty smell that took three days of outside airing to eliminate. As a solution I offered to accept the smaller rug provided the company reimburse me for the price difference. The company is currently considering my offer.”

“Worst returns process ever . They misrepresented the color online and when I went to rerun it they wanted me to pay to return it . It is going to cost more to return it than to keep it .They don’t answer the phone and when you leave a message they don’t call back”

“I got a black are rug and it was really thin and cheaply made! I spent a lot of money for this area rug and thought they would have high quality rugs. I’ve only had it a few months and white strands of the carpet keep coming up and I take care of it just as it says. I don’t even walk on it with shoes cuz I have a house with white tile that leaves dark marks on it if you wear shoes. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THESE RUGS!!!!!”
