“I will not purchase anything from this site again. I ordered 2 identical rugs at the same time. Only 1 arrived. I contacted them and they “found” the other one and it was sent 1 week later. After they arrived, I realized the colors were not exactly what I was looking for. In order to return the rugs, I would have to pay for shipping - very expensive- and 10% restocking fee. Terrible service and policy. Not worth the slightly better price, there are many good companies out there. This is not one. Choose another website and verify return policy before purchasing.”

“Not satisfied. There was supposed to be a chance to enter discount coupon info, but I never saw it. If I don't get the chance I will call my credit card company and cancel the order.”

“Don’t waste your time you place an order . Days later they say it’s unavailable. You then go back to there sight and then they up the price price and it says in stock.... RIP OFF Bad bad bad”
