“Didn’t get the discount for signing up for newsletter it said it would automatically do it at check out! Wrong it didn’t apply anything. You need to refund me the discount amount. If not I will post on social media how you don’t give a discount for signing up. And the live chat didn’t work either.”

“Last season I was told that I can keep my order in place for a rug that was out of stock. I would get the rug at the beginning of the next season, which is now. When I didn't hear anything I call and was told that I canceled the order last year, which obviously I did not. Bad business, bad service. The only reason I'm ordering is because I need this rug to match the 2 other rugs I purchased from you guys but this will be my last purchase.”
