“The RugStore NE website is very easy to use. RugStore gave us fantastic service - our rug arrived the following day (just in time for my daughter's wedding) and was well packaged. The rug is a perfect match to the colour on the website and is of excellent quality. Thank you.”

“Purchased a rug that had to be ordered from their supplier and delivered in under a week. Not only did they achieve it, the communication from them throughout this period was excellent so 10 out of 10 for customer service. As a bonus, they also happened to be amongst the cheapest online. A*!”

“Excellent service. There was a problem with the original item I ordered not being on the shipment but RugStoreNE were quick to inform me both by telephone and by e-mail - giving me details on when they would have the item in stock and giving me suggestions on similar alternative products that I may be interested in if I prefered to take that route rather than wait (they also refunded the money immediately when they realised there was a problem with the order). They got the second order dispatched to me immediately - I received it within 48 hours. A couple of emails had gone back and fourth during this process to amend my order - RugStoreNE were very quick to respond to them - I can not fault the service. Thank you! And very happy with the product - very good quality - completely matched the image and description!!”

“Very pleased with the service from Rug Store - hadn't heard of them before so didn't really know what to expect, but they had rugs I liked at a very reasonable price so decided to give them a go. Their communication was excellent - after placing the order online I received an email quite quickly saying that the items were expected to be in stock within 7-10 days. I was a bit disappointed about the wait but this was followed up by a phone call a day or so later to say that stock had come in earlier than expected and they could arrange for it to be delivered to me the very next day if that was convenient. The rugs then arrived at about 9.30 am the next day - so all in all only took about 4 days from order to delivery which I think is very good. Would definitely use Rug Store again.”
