“The delivery of orders is good, but the return of order is very terrible. You don't get communicate when the driver is enroute or can't deliver. All you get it a cancelations of the pick up and now you are left to "reschedule" again. This is such an inconvenience. And when you call the call Centre, it doesn't get through. So good luck returning your order.”
“Clothes sizes do not match local sizes. Low quality goods whenever at low or lower costs. More than a month and I am still waiting for my refund. No apologies for all the inconvenience. Would give a zero rating if it was possible.”

“Horrible experience
I submitted a return on 14 Dec 2023. The courier company (Dawnwing) failed to collect the return from 18-20 Dec 2023, stating that I was unavailable which was a lie as they did not contact me. I laid a complaint with Dawnwing which was met with a nonchalant response however the parcel was eventually collected on 21 Dec 2023.
Their return policy states that refund take 3-5 days yet I have been waiting since. I have sent multiple emails only to receive feedback after 4-5 days, which give further instructions instead of processing my refund.

“I have been their client for many years now so was shocked by the poor service I received.. I placed my order & paid, got a confirmation email & 3 days later got an email that my order has been dispatched today just after receiving my order I get an email that 2 items they were unable to source out which is becoming a norm now and when I sent an email to express my dissatisfaction with the company, I was told they offer low price for customers who can't afford to buy expensive brands, basically implying that I'm poor so should accept their poor service as they are doing me a favor... I spend lots of money with my runway & have been for the past few years, I was really disappointed with the response & service from them because at the end of the day I spend my money but get told if the service is poor I shouldn't complain but rather accept coz of the cost of the items which are not that cheap by the way... Very disappointed & offended by the feedback from my runway.”

I had two watches in my basket at R1999 each and other items,put the transaction through then the app timed out. I had to go to dobtge checout again only to gind ggat tge watches price has increased to R2199.In the same time thepre was a message for 20% off sitewide.The transaction went though but the 20% was not deducted from all the items.I sent a complaint and was told the watches is new stock and the 20% was not for all products. It seems like the complaint was in vein.”
