“I ordered items almost a month ago and reached out several times to see where they are and haven't heard back. I am starting to think ryderwear is a scam brand.”
“I had to pay customs fees, but it was not written anywhere when I purchased the shorts that I would have to pay an extra (almost the same cost as the short themself). That said, i paid far too much for what my purchase was worth for.”
“Customer service was LOW, they did not even bother to read my question before sending me a generic response, the person responding did not even try to help with the question I had. I have reached out , and the person responded with the same answer, very disappointed , I spent over 150.00 $ CAD and they could not even both to try to find the size I wanted in a shirt, or see when stock was coming in, they just sent me a generic response about the warehouse location and that canada orders are shipped from there, which really was not my question and that was her second response after I told her I did not order from the UK site. Shows you she did not even do enough research to realise I ordered from the US site. VERY POOR customer service, I am NOT new to buying from sites ,and this is by far the worst service i have had”

“Your product is awesome, the service is normally awesome. However this last order i made met some challenges..in the process of ordering your site went down. When your site came back on line my order was not able to be completed at the sale price. When I contacted your representative they did not give me a direct answer, nor do I feel the representative even read my Email thoroughly, because the answer i received was not specific to my issue. “The fit runs so small (around 2 sizes small) and the shirts (XXL) were ridiculously long. Contacted customer service to return two of the items as I know the other two were on sale and apparently non returnable. Service agent said unfortunately all items on the order were unable to be returned. Gave the shirts to a friend who is three sizes smaller (Normally large but says he buy mediums from Ryder) and he said the shirts fit but also felt they were far too long and they were too tight at the bottom, like they made for ladies that love bum hugging long shirts. Needless to say I’ll never buy from Ryder again and will be advising friends to go elsewhere”
“I placed an order and my item was faulty. Jumper worn once and had very bad bobbling all over not just expected placed like under arms. I sent photo evidence that is clear & shows the fault with agreement from the team that it is an unacceptable garment. I contacted customer service who agreed the item was faulty. I was told I needed to send my item back before I can get another which leaves me without a sweatshirt for a length of time. I have a fractured ankle so getting to and from the post office which is a drive away is difficult at the minute. The faulty jumper isn’t suitable for re-sale so I asked for a replacement to be sent. They refused this but I feel it is unreasonable as I have purchased an item which has been agreed to be faulty. I have been issued a gift card that can’t actually be used until I send my item back so I’m left with a faulty jumper, a discount card I can’t actually use and just a lot of hassle.”
