Always have an issue with Ryderwear orders taking a long time for delivery or package missing - need to start using UPS or FEDEX and stop using USPS.”
“Have had a pair of the seamless tights for 1 month, worn them no more than 5 times and the material is coming apart! Loved them originally but a pair of cheap seamless tights lasted longer than these. Would not buy again or recommend.”
“Waited two weeks for a parcel that didn’t show up, one parcel - lost in transit. The other parcel - lost in transit. Don’t think it’s down to the company. Think it’s down to the god awful couriers they use. Offered to send out a third parcel but no way am I waiting any longer and will take my service and money elsewhere. Absurd!”

“You don't allow for exchanges. My first pair of shoes were bought on sale. I had to reorder due to wrong size. I was going to resend the original pair but the shipping alone would have cost me $60! You need to better service your customers. Now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I can't use.”
“Leggings/shorts are not true to size. I ordered my size according to the size chart and made sure my measurements were exact but was left disappointed with the items I received. The shorts were too big and 2 out of the 4 leggings I ordered were too small. I’m absolutely disappointed even more so because Ryderwear isn’t accepting returns on these items. I feel like it’s shady of them to not accept returns when problems such a items not being true to size arise. Never buying from them again. It’s not worth it. Instead, I recommend buying the Aurola leggings on Amazon which are dupes for the Alphalete leggings and they’re bomb.”
“Bought two different pairs of leggings. Both split one within a month the other within one gym session. Received a store credit for the first pair and didn’t even bother with the second pair as a store credit would be useless to me as I won’t be purchasing again”
“Was really excited to try ryderwear. One of the leggings I purchased were completely see through. I was shocked by how bad the quality clothes was. I won’t be shopping at Ryderwear again.”
“Wasn’t aware when I ordered I couldn’t switch out for a different size. Now I’m stuck with something I can’t wear. The sizing is way off. As excited as I was for these leggings I can’t even wear them. I’ll have to stick with Fabletics as their customer service is much better.”
“I was not made aware the company rebranded . Ryderwear always offered Afterpay and it was still on their website when I shopped. AAlso it was all in US$. When I checked out I couldn't log in, had to create a new account ,and couldn't access the Afterpay app. When I contacted them they said they no longer offer it !It should have been taken off the website! And because I'm in New Zealand shopping with $US is not an option. Sadly you've lost a customer.”

“I am giving this 1 star because of the false claim of shipping being 4-7 business days. It has been over a 7 business days and I still don’t have my package. Reached out to customer service last week and they told me I would get it end of week last week and I am still waiting. Besides the shipping issue everything else is good, this company needs to do better with shipping cause last time I ordered something from them which was back in 2017-2018 it took a month to get to me.”
