I made the mistake of buying final sale items, I.E. no returns, now I am stuck. Painful lesson to move me entirely off this site and back to brick and mortar only.”

“I was really excited to order from Ryderwear because one of my favorite influencers wears their merchandise all the time. I bought 3 different bottoms - workout shorts with the scrunch bum style. They were pretty expensive for me seeing as I never really splurge on clothes, so I was expecting great quality. I received them in the mail and was really disappointed with how they fit. I ordered them in a medium according to the sizing chart. They bunch up in the front, and they are not squat proof. Overall I probably won't order from Ryderwear again, the influencer made them look/seem really great quality for the price - probably because she was getting PR/sponsorships, and I was hoping for a great product that is really just sub-par.”
“Why does it always take a month almost to get my items!? Thats twice now. In that time I've ordered from other US origins and received in 7 days maybe a smidge later. Whatever you're using as your shipper to Canada- it's horrible.”

“I ordered these items on 3/1/2022 for my grandson's birthday on 3/8/2022. The ETA was for 3/7/2022, however the items still have not been shipped. I would've paid the extra to have them shipped sooner had I known that today 3/22/2022 I would still be waiting for these items. I am very disappointed with Ryderwear.and pitney bowes. Asked about a refund for the $10 I paid in shipping fees for priority shipping which is 4-10 business days as I haven’t gotten my package yet and it’s been well over 10 business days. The support completely ignored the part of my message about the refund. Again, still no package I ordered 2 weeks ago. I will never order from here again. Lack of communication & care for their customers.”
