“The response by customer service has been delayed. Very similar to my order that was placed on 11/30. Which I still have NOT received. I’m being told that it is a postal delay, but have seen no movement.”
“A response to my order was finally relayed to after around a week or so, however considering the website mentioned it was 3-5 business days on sales items. Rival companies would of kept their customers in the loop for instance GymShark, and regardless of if it was a sales item it would of been sent out & received within the day even with standard shipping. Despite this lack of communication & 2 emails sent no compensation was given whereas had I ordered from Vanquish Fitness they would of added on an incentive to keep my custom. May I add this is my second order & I’m in 2 minds about ever giving my hard earned money to Ryderwear ever again. Work on your system & look after your customers better, you can’t run a business regardless if your customers are not happy.”

“It’s a bit rough that I’m a size au14 in most brands yet your biggest size of (what’s meant to be a stretchy material???) shorts won’t come up past my thighs. Lack of basic size inclusivity in 2023? Lol. Feel for people who are bigger than me. Never had this problem with any other active wear brands.”
