“Tights came quickly however, when wearing them they roll down as you work out and are very uncomfortable. The other 2 pairs are completely see through and are unable to be worn. There is no refunds or exchanges so I am unable to send back. Not happy at all and will never be purchasing again or recommending these tights to anyone.”
“Love the color and style. Unfortunately the material is so thin. It showed everything. Has no support. It literally showed all my lumps and bumps. So if you are buying this you should be 0% body fat.”
“Took over a month to receive order. Emailed customer service and they pointed the finger to the courier. They gave me a $5.00 refund. Unsatisfactory that I just returned the merchandise. Just Left an awful taste. Didn’t even want to represent the brand.”
“Unhappy to say the least and spend around £75!! Basically i cannot return items that are no good , I have asked for a returns label to be created. Sizing of trousers are very small! The only good item was the leopard print shorts which are £10 ! I mentioned I just brought a tight fitted black shirt which was £27 and within less than 24hours it had been reduced to £17 so I wanted the difference back, they said they cannot do this. I am still awaiting my label it's been ages since I have asked. I was told in an email that if a hair is on the items we return they cannot process a refund.. I haven't got hairs on it but what a weird policy when we don't choose if our hair was to fall out , especially when I'm losing hair at the moment too. I still want my refund and return label to enable me to do this !”
“When clicking on an item in the website it auto adds it to cart. I didn’t realize that so when I clicked on a pair of leggings it auto added it to my cart. I didn’t know it did that so I added it manually. Ultimately I purchased two of the same leggings. I realized what happened immediately within 39 minites after payment and notified Ryderwear. They stated that it was to late to change it cancel the order and I had to return it when it arrived. I attempted to return the leggings and the return shipping to Australia cost more than the leggings themselves. So I am stuck with an extra pair of $70 leggings i don’t need.”
“not good quality, very cotton like feel to the leggings and 100% will show sweat marks. Returned two weeks ago and got an email saying my return might not even be processed for 4-6 more weeks. I really just want my 100 something dollars back so I can buy from Gymshark. The hype of Ryderwear just isn’t worth this much hassle.”

“I ordered two leggings, one for myself and one for a Christmas gift, on Dec 4. I didn’t receive the order yet, and it’s now Christmas Day. I understand all carriers have experienced severe delays however I feel that the processing time to get this order actually shipped out and choice of shipping partner is what caused such a bad hold up. Very disappointed it has taken over 20 days and the order hasn’t been delivered. I had to choose another brand to replace the gift for my friend and I will be returning the pants I ordered from ryderwear since I was unable to gift them for Christmas.”
“I'm providing a 1 star due to the poor shipping partner choice and performance. On Dec 10 I ordered a gift. On Dec 11 it arrived the Pitney Bowes shipping facility in Indiana. On Dec 15 it arrived a Pitney Bowes facility in Nevada where it sat until Dec 18. Today is Dec 20 and there haven't been any updates in 2 days. The last status is that the final delivery partner USPS hasn't received the package and there isn't an ETA. Terrible service by Pitney Bowes.”
