I ordered one pair of leggins as there was (no return) and they were great, so I went back to the website I purchased exactly the same one but with different colour. Guess what? I don’t like the material, they feel smaller and… they don’t have even the sizing prints inside like the first one I got. They look like I would buy a fake one ;/ how come they can be as that different? No money back obviously:(

I reached out immediately after making a mistake with my order through email and stayed on phone for an hour only to get nowhere! They need to respond to customer who spend hard earned money much faster. Will not order again.

The time it takes to receive order is the reason for 1 star… I’ve been asked to review items I haven’t even received yet. Going on 13 days.

This has been the most excruciating pain in the fvcking ass I’ve ever had to endure with countless hours of waiting and waiting you guys need to fire Pitney bows for they have spent so much time dragging asss I’m still waiting on my order 2 fvcking months later go to fvcking hell Pitney bows you all need to flicking get fired and learn how to deliver in proper time cuz this is absolutely fvcking ridiculous fvck you currier

Customer Service is horrible. Discount codes never work and constantly harassed to take pictures. Update Why? You sent the code to me and if I give you the code number, you should be able to verify it. Why do I need to send a picture of it and on top of that if every time you’re sending me a code and I’m reaching out, saying the code doesn’t work then you should believe it because it happens not once not twice, but every time I’m sent a code, the reward codes don’t even work.

Was charged the wrong amount. Contacted customer support, but wasn't willing to assist, saying that they have too many orders, and once the order is shipped out of a warehouse it cannot be amended. Can't be bothered to spend so much time for ~ $10. However, I was ripped off. Displayed 1 price but charged another on the credit card. So, overall experience is bad. Never going to shop here again.

Bought the black tights with pockets and they are probably the worst quality out of all that I’ve ordered. It says high waisted but not stretchy and doesn’t stay high waisted

I’ve missed out on two awesome pieces of clothing on two separate occasions. The first was cause they didn’t fulfill my order for almost 2 weeks, and the item sold out in that time. The second time, they ran out of stock prior to fulfilling it a few days later. Both orders were express so they should have been packed and shipped the following day but nope!

Extremely poor. Both orders were placed on Dec 13th with an expected Xmas arrival. One item arrived o Dec 29th and the other has yet to arrive. Tracking has shown it as "in transit to Atlanta, GA" since December 28th. This was an Xmas gift for my wife!!!!

Tights came quickly however, when wearing them they roll down as you work out and are very uncomfortable. The other 2 pairs are completely see through and are unable to be worn. There is no refunds or exchanges so I am unable to send back. Not happy at all and will never be purchasing again or recommending these tights to anyone.

Love the color and style. Unfortunately the material is so thin. It showed everything. Has no support. It literally showed all my lumps and bumps. So if you are buying this you should be 0% body fat.

Took over a month to receive order. Emailed customer service and they pointed the finger to the courier. They gave me a $5.00 refund. Unsatisfactory that I just returned the merchandise. Just Left an awful taste. Didn’t even want to represent the brand.

Unhappy to say the least and spend around £75!! Basically i cannot return items that are no good , I have asked for a returns label to be created. Sizing of trousers are very small! The only good item was the leopard print shorts which are £10 ! I mentioned I just brought a tight fitted black shirt which was £27 and within less than 24hours it had been reduced to £17 so I wanted the difference back, they said they cannot do this. I am still awaiting my label it's been ages since I have asked. I was told in an email that if a hair is on the items we return they cannot process a refund.. I haven't got hairs on it but what a weird policy when we don't choose if our hair was to fall out , especially when I'm losing hair at the moment too. I still want my refund and return label to enable me to do this !
