“One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Couldn’t make simple adjustments or cancellations even 5 minutes after placing an order. With the poor excuse that you get too many orders to be able to. An absurd excuse considering the mega companies that are so malleable and customer-centric. I was even told I could intercept my package that was being sent to a state I no longer lived in. Not true either as they didn’t ship with the correct parcel shipment to be able to. This company expected me to have my package shipped to Arizona when I now live in New York. With no one to pick it up. And eat the cost myself. I contacted them long before it shipped as well. Luckily my bank backed me up and issued a chargeback. They do not care about customers. And lost a first time one forever.”
“I spent 187 dollars on merchandise and never received it. Postal service said it was returned to sender. I’ve made multiple request with no reply. I’m so dissatisfied”
“The product has not arrived yet. I pay considerable shipping, $30USD plus duties and taxes to Canada and the product has still not arrived. Tracking is a 3rd party company and also completely useless. The customer support from shipping companies is terrible. If you do order, expect to wait at least 3 weeks to a month to obtain your product.”

“This has got to be the worst most expensive gym clothes I have ever purchased in my 8years of working out. 1. The shopping experience: Selected a specific size and for some weird reason the size got rest in the cart. I went and updated it again and then ordered only for one of them come in a different size. When I reached out, i was told I would have to pay to return it and then they would refund that amount for instead of just exchange it then I will have to re order it again and pay for shipping again - so that is shipping 3 times 2. Terrible quality: the crotch area of the oants I got have aleeady started to lose cloth fibre after just the first day! For a cloth that is suppose to be working out! I have pictures to prove it. 3. The rim around the pant is not elastic so eberytime I want to wear it I spend at least 5mins trying to get my feet in the base of the pant. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have always gone to old navy and decided to give this a try and I must say I regret it. Pictures to prove it. I will be sticking with my local brands for not as this has left a really sour taste in my mouth. The one thing they did right which was their screw up begin with was one of the items was omitted and they did send it. Apparently , this is a frequent occurence from other people that I know that have purchased from here.”
“The quality of their brand is great. I wish I could say the same about the customer service. I was sent a non working tracking number or I ordered more than 10 days ago and I still they haven't shipped my package. I reached out to the company and still no answer.”
“Some shipping delays but that’s understandable during December. I ordered 2 leggings, a sports bra and a crop T-shirt. Very happy with the quality of the sports bra, super cute. The T shirt is super stretchy which is fantastic! However- the pants are awful quality. Super thin, and don’t stay up, they slip down easily. Not impressed with those. My advice, stick to the tops don’t try the bottoms.”
“The sizing was terrible, it was all incredibly small even though I ordered a size up than I usually would in gym clothes. The waist bands on the leggings I ordered had such a tight bit at the top it just dug in then rolled down if I were to do any squats etc. Not very stretchy moveable material. Also dislike the fact you have to pay £4 to return it, definitely when I was so disappointed with the clothes. I was so excited about it coming, even ordering over £200’s worth, but sadly I won’t be buying anything again.”

“EXTREMELY SHADY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was sent a faulty item with the elastic and stitching coming undone on the waistband, so I requested to return it for a refund. They told me I could not return the item. I am within the return policy of 60 days (I got my item literally hours ago in the mail) and it is unworn, tags attached. I would not recommend this company nor will I be returning to them. First AND last purchase. Do not waste your money and time purchasing from this company. I recommend purchasing from other great brand like Gymshark and Alphalete.”
“I loved the colour but im afraid that’s it. The material is thin and the elasticity gives after the first time of wearing them. Im usually a size UK 10 so I went for the small but these are already gaping at the waste after 1 month of wearing. Not only that but the material has torn at the stitching in a few places. I would expect this if they were too tight but this is definitely not the case. Im afraid I will not be purchasing leggings from here again as better quality for the same price can be found elsewhere.”
“Honestly I don’t love them. The material is a bit scratchy and I don’t like that the waistband cuts in. It’s had to tell from photos that the waistband has elastic. Of course I’ve bought 4 pairs and I can’t return any of them. Not the happiest customer.”
