The fabric on the tshirt is thick and awful. no wonder both products were on sale. I will not be buying from Ryderwear ever again”

I can't believe, this company doesn't have a costumer service team in the UK. The order was a Christmas gift...completely ruined.”

I emailed you guys as soon as I received the receipt so you could make the change of the address. I was told you couldn’t do that. Not sure why? My package wasn’t shipped out till days later! “The sleeves on the top were too short. The leggings have a weird seam in the crotch which I think is there to avoid camel toe but instead highlights that area. I did think the material but it just wasn't flattering at all.”

“I ordered from the website. Apparently from the outlet section. They don’t do returns or refunds. Their website sizing matched for the XL size, matched me, but when they arrived nothing fit. When I explained this to customer service, they said I could send back my items and to make sure they were packed nicely for resale, but all they could offer me was store credit. So they were going to keep my money, make money off the items I sent back, and give me store credit for size guides that don’t work for my body. Plus the fabric feels quite cheap in comparison to the price, thin materials etc. Probably won’t recommend shopping with them unless you’re a size small.”

“I followed their size chart Measured myself prior to ordering Nothing fits. Both leggings are to big. My shoes are to small. I ordered under the false pretenses of free shipping. I had to pay $80 in duty fees which was outrageous. Now to get anything exchanged I have to pay for shipping there and back and duties again?? For the cost of the clothes... they should have way better customer service Will never be wasting my money here again I suggest you dont bother either”
