“Order size 12 US shoes which i wear in everything. It was so small the toes were curled in them. Replaced with size 13 ( you dont have 12 1/2), there was a big, at least an inch of room from tip of longest toe to edge of inside shoe. So i wanted my money back. Sent it back. A small amount was put back to my accounts the rest was sent via a gift card to only purchase on RyderWear. Sadly not the best experience and stuck either waisting money(gift card now) or TIME guessing what may fit properly from RyderWear.”
“3 weeks and still nothing. The package has been sitting a couple hours away this entire time. The customer service responded multiple days after my first inquiry and simply said wait a couple more weeks. The package is clearly lost. I've emailed multiple times requesting a refund because the package is obviously lost and have been ignored. I have initiated a dispute with my bank. It is sad that it has had to come to this. I would avoid ordering from this company unless you like to gamble. Then by all means, gamble away. Maybe you'll get your order, maybe you won't but I can assure you will hear crickets if you don't get your order. Edit to their response: RUS137384 I have reached out to customer service. You responded once to tell me to wait a “few more weeks” and have since ignored every email - 4 in the past week. Since you’ve had time to respond to this review it is clearly selective ignoring. The package has continued to sit two hours away from my home since Dec 5th. It doesn’t take 3 weeks to ship a package even with standard shipping to a location 2 hours away. It is clearly a lost package and you could do the decent and right thing to do by refunding my money. You claimed in your email that USPS is behind but I’ve been getting daily packages from them from much farther away and the largest delay I’ve seen is one day. Also when you look at the tracking, USPS is still waiting to receive the package. It is lost, please quit ignoring your customers and withholding their money. Be an honorable company and do the right thing.”
“Been over a month first order got lost in the mail second order is a week late. Customer service is zero help in the matter can’t write a review on a product I never received.”
“I needed a different size for a couple items. The return process took way longer than expected after mailing back the original items. Since the items I needed had limited stock I informed them that I repurchased the correct sizes. Days later, I was then told that my return was given in store credit and now I am obligated to spend more money. It was only about $25 but with proof of purchasing the new items I don't see why an actual refund could have been given. Instead I was told not to worry because "You have time to use your store credit". So even though I made two large purchases I'm obligated to spend more.”
“You sent me the wrong item. I emailed you and asked you to fix it, and instead of believing me and maybe checking with your warehouse about fulfilling the order wrong you told me I would essentially have to prove I wasn't lying and send photos of everything. You also said that wouldn't even resolve your error, that would only open an investigation into you filling my order incorrectly. No mention of correcting your error or apologizing for sending me the wrong thing. Just told me I had to send you stuff to fix it. Very disappointing, I wish your customer service was focused on honoring the customer instead of making them prove their honesty and integrity. Says a lot about your company that you wouldn't check with your people first. Will not order from you again.”
“Initially using apple pay accidentally put in an old postal address when paying so completely my fault. Emailed support 3 times prior to product being dispatched and never a hint of a reply from support. (Took over a week to dispatch so should have been plenty of time to reply to at least 1 of 3 emails requesting my address be amended. Now product shipped to an old address i dont have the product i ordered.”

ELECTRA SEAMLESS LEGGINGS Look really cute on the pictures I thought they are good quality leggings. I liked the way they fit me but they ARE SEE THROUGH omg they are not squat proof at all. Seemed like I had nothing on my when I was squatting my skin was showing through. Definitely Not recommending!”
