“Went to try on and heard stitching or material breaking... it was the honeycomb style and they had tore open. Look like little fish scales, can see skin, terrible. The quality is not up to scratch, it was right size and it was even stretchy so no clue as to why this tore open all over the place. I will no longer be buying ryderwear products”
“I Haven't received my package yet and DHL Doesn't know wear it is COVID 19 is bad enough and money is hard to come by my package should have been here on 24/April /2020 DHL has lost my package or it was stolen I don't recommend using DHL " I AM VERY DISATISFIED "”
“I've ordered RUK196903 and you didn't have two of my t-shirts, I've paid £22.40 but you refunded £20.03??? rubbery in the Day light. Then when I made enquiries, your staff Colleen kept replying nonsense, how on earth your staff refund can't account, and please don't even try to explain about my £10.00 code which you've offered me few months ago and kept sending me emails to use it, so please please please someone who has a basic understanding of a very simple maths to explain why did you rubbed me £2.37??? BTW it's not about money, it's about principles.”
“Took my money but never shipped my order. When I asked about my order I was told there was a “glitch” in the system. So basically they were going to take my money and never give me the items I purchased. If there was a “glitch” they could’ve reached out to let me know I needed to replace my order”
“I got an email asking to review Ryderwear’s customer service. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? I reached out days ago because now it has been 11 days since my order was shipped and I have had zero updates. It was supposed to be delivered already. Nothing. Nobody will tell me what is going on. I initially heard from this company from a friend who is big into bodybuilding. I regret ordering now. Some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a company. If I could review this company with negative stars, I would.”
“Leggings are good quality but return policy and customer service are not good. I am a first time customer so I wasn’t sure about sizing. I ordered two pairs and returned one that was too small. It costs $35 for return shipping of one item since this company is based in Australia. I emailed customer service advising I was a new customer and that making me pay for return shipping would discourage me from purchasing any other items. Their response was basically I’m sorry but that’s our policy. Other athletic ware companies such as Nike and Under Armour don’t make the customer pay for return shipping/exchange. I suggest you all consider updating your policy if you want me as a customer”
“Ordered 5 different leggings. Unfortunately all are a low quality product. Thin and lack the support other brands provide (doyoueven, echt) save your money. Already looking older than a 2 year old pair of DYE leggings after one wash with pilling etc.”
“I would honestly say that Ryderwear has horrible customer service. My issue was not taken care of whatsoever. I expressed my issue of the sizing being too big and the representative acknowledged my issue by stating, "While we try to keep our sizing as consistent with standard US sizing, this can sometimes differ due to many factors such as materials, dye used in the material, compression level, stitching cut, and design, these factors can slightly alter the fit and feel of the garment." and then followed up here message with "Have a lovely day. ❤". As she admited that sizing can vary for a multitude of reasons, shouldn't it then be Ryderwear's responsibility to take care of the customer when the sizing is ill fitted? The representative then dismissed my question. I wouldn't recommend shopping anywhere where the customer service doesn't value the customer like this.”
