“Waited 2 weeks for items to arrive! Lost in transit after countless emails trying to find out where the parcel was! Still haven’t arrived and all items out of stock now! It took 12 days for someone from ryderwear to contact me back.”

“I’ll attempt to keep this short and sweet; Placed an order large enough to qualify for free express delivery, advertised at 1-3 days. That was 12 days ago. I’m still awaiting my delivery. ‘Customer Service’ have replied to me once out of 4 attempts, and that was only after contacting through Twitter. No updates on my delivery status. Can’t get in touch with the delivery courier. Can’t get in touch with their customer service. Will avoid like the plague in the future.”

“Realized I order the incorrect size once order was placed. Sent an email seconds after order confirmation to update to correct size and it was refused wow. Can't edit order seconds after purchase now I have to wait to return it ??? Ridiculous Like I mentioned before customer service said I have to wait to get incorrect size then I can return what a waist of time and money really upsetting. This could of been easily updated seconds from ordering. I'm a new customer and this is such a let down”
