Went on returning the item only to find out that aftet £4.49 delivery I will be charged adding £3.99 return postage! Costumer service didn’t offer to refund postage of return! Item is not as described and didn’t live up to expectations that were set high by the item description. I expected that the company will offer free return as good will gesture but I was wrong. First time ordering from this company and will be last. It turned out you pay double if you look for cheaper price!”
