“I ordered 2 pairs of boots and 2 vests. 2 days later I get an email and 1 pair were out if stock because they over sold them. I tried again with a pair again the site said were instock. Again 3 days later same email over sold and some people loose out.”

However, the material is so thin you cannot wear underwear with the leggings, AND they are absolutely not squat proof! Even just slightly bent over it’s helllooooo crack. Plus, major cameltoe, obviously a huge thumbs down”

I kept some items and returned some, however I used a discount code this discount was applied to the refunded items, despite having spent the amount needed on the kept items, this amount was still deducted on the refunded items. So disappointed with the service of this. So unless you are really sure of your sizing from this company beware as you have to pay for return postage and you may lose even further discounts!”

“The product quality was very bad. I had high expectations by the looks of the advertisement and sponsors you guys have. When I received the products, they seem to fit and look nice but when I tested them out by bending and stretching it, it was completely see through. I’m not sure how someone wears them at the gym. Untrustworthy products. On top of that, the customer service was horrible. I had to use so many different ways of communication to get any kind of response. It had been almost 2 weeks since I received a refund of a response. I understand the holidays just passed but that is no excuse seeing that we are (were) paying customers. Offeres me a whole $10 off my next order. Package is "running late" was suppssed to be here last week. Still hasn't arrived and it's almost a week late”

I sent an email about a possible exchange or reimbursement but never heard back. I think that is terrible customer service and not the best way to run a business. “The size guide is inaccurate. I ordered the leggings in the smallest size and according to the size guide it should’ve fit but was way too big. I wanted to return but I would have to print my own label which would cost me $60 (same price as the leggings. Now I’m stuck with them and out $60.”
“Received my package. Paxkage said to cut along the line to open so I did. Turned out I accidentally cut one of my shirts, was told im out of luck. Customer service actually said they don't recommend cutting open the bag, that literally has instructions to, "cut to open." Bad customer service. Wont be purchasing anymore products or recommending company to anyone.”
