“I have had 3 Training sessions at DARE Food in Kitchener, and they all hav been very Informative and Enjoyable. Charlie is a very knowledgeable and entertaining Trainor. He has a way of always making the class be at full attention while still remaining a calm enjoyable atmosphere. He has a smooth way of blending the Training material with personal stories and experiences, this ensuring that the class is fully engaged at all times. The only bad thing I can say is that I can only give a 5 star review and not a 10. Keep up the Excellent work!!”

“We had Jim as our instructor ..he was to the point and knowledgeable on the topic on hand .. He added videos to presentation... He kept us motivated by adding some his life stories while adding some humor to it.. I will recommend Jim to anyone who needs this type of training”
