“As much as I don't have the patience to write reviews, I would say you guys earn every minute spent writing this. My seat belts came back with a speed of light. Installed and it's been working perfectly alright. And guess what? You guys saved me $1,037. And I don't think anyone can be mad at that. Thanks”

“After my dog chewed through my seat belt, I originally thought "It can't be that expensive!" So I started checking online for OEM products, and I was shocked! It is extremely expensive. And then I read on forums where it can be close to $700 if you take it in to the dealership to have it repaired. So I started looking at other solutions and found safetyrestore.com. The price seemed reasonable, so with a little of my own elbow grease, I placed my frayed seat belt in a box and hoped for the best. Within a couple of days I received an email from safetyrestore.com stating they had received my belt and were beginning the repair! The 24 hour clock started. Even better was later that evening I received another email stating the repair was finished and it was prepping for shipment. WOW! FAST! And the next morning I had yet another email with my shipping confirmation and tracking number. I was ecstatic! This was super EASY, super FAST, and to top it all off, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I received my belt with new webbing a few days later, installed it, and I'm safe again on the road! Thank you, safetyrestore.com, for such an awesome experience!”

“I wasted weeks and twice the money trying to get a seat belt retractor elsewhere. Should have gone to safety restore first! Hope to never need them again, but if so, they will be the first call!”

“Ben was a very helpful person and he help settle my thoughts. My anxiety was caused because the seatbelts had to be put in the car which was an antique 1979 Toyota pick up and it's the government inspection and they had to be the same year then help me feel better about all that and I found him to be super efficient every time my phone he got me the answer I wanted quickly. Been deserves five stars thank you Michael see Victoria British Columbia”

“Ordered seatbelt/ belt replacement and all proceeded in a rapid and timely manner. The belt was a match to the belt remaining on the right side.Color was accurate. The only issue I found when finishing the installation was the floor anchor was set up as for the Right side of the vehicle. I believe the belt could have been flipped but that would have required complete disassembly.”

“I'm assuming the repair was made. I did not receive any details about the work done or if in fact my part was even bad. It was quick turnaround as advertised and I received a piece of paper for warranty. This did not solve my problem but did narrow down what might be the problem. I will probably have to have the computer module reset. Hopefully that fixes it.”

“The workmanship and quality was very good. A passenger seatbelt was sent in and we selected the color. The drivers side seatbelt was sent in and we indicated that we wanted the same color as the other order. It came in a different shade of color and buckle was installed on reverse side. Recommend color part number be used to avoid color mismatch. Overall experience was good.”

“Great service and quick turnaround. The only suggestion for improvement would be to provide guidance on how to get the OCS (Occupant Classification System) reset after the SRS module has been cleared. You can't reset with normal DTC scanner. You can go to the dealer or find independent mechanic with the correct scan tool capability to do an OCS Reset.”
