“Sent an airbag module & belt tensioner to be repaired. Got a email on Saturday Nov 2 that it was received and is in process. I was expecting to receive it back by Thursday Nov 7 at the latest but the package didn't get sent back to me till Friday Nov 8. What happened to the 24 hour turn around? When I called Saturday Nov 9 to talk to customer service I had to leave a message but never got a return phone call.”

“I have to say that I was a bit skeptical about the restoration of my seatbelts; however, after I received my seatbelts back I was very happy that I choose this company instead of buying new seatbelts that are a way more expensive”
