“I sent two seat belt tensioners for repair 1 came back not good I had to remove it and resend it back.”

“Two of the belts were sewed on backwards so we had to twist the mounts. No biggie. Will buy from them again if we ever need belts.”

“Seat belt stopped working on our daughter’s 2001 civic. Dealership wanted about $350 to replace the belt. Found Safety Restore online and thought I’d give it a shot. Great videos on their site. Sent the damaged belt in, received email notifications as the belt went through their processes, and had it shipped back to me within a week or so. Saved about $250 over having the repair/replacement done at the dealership! Hope I don’t need to - but would definitely do it again.”

“Initially sent the wrong belt to be fixed. Customer service worked with me to identify that problem and allow me to send the correct seatbelt with no additional costs. Very timely as well”
