The price they quoted was extortionate they wanted nearly £700.00 for my car insurance, I have been driving over 25yrs no points etc.

Spoke to Poppy and told her my circumstances that i had become a widow, and she helped me with the cheapest price, very happy . Then today a lovely bouquet of flowers and a lovely message from Poppy and the Saga team. Thank you 😊

Saga holidays customer service department is abysmal. I have been waiting since 7th December for a refund and as at 31st December I have not received it despite many many phone calls

Booked a cruise. Saga cancelled us at very short notce (7 days from sailing). Still unable to get a refund. 30 min hold whenever you phone. An ongoing disaster

Was shopping around Found I could get a cheaper policy but when you added the extras required to get to the Saga plus level I found to renew with Saga made sence The call centre staff has been excellent for customer service The 3 year renewal promise is a no brainer considering that increasing prices are on growing I would highly recommend them.
