“First package arrived damaged (contents leaked). Told customer service to send a replacement but to make sure lid was secure. The replacement arrived securely packaged just as I requested. Thanks for actually listening unlike alot of other retailers out there. Overall happy with the product and service provided.”

“These guys are awesome. We had a shipment delivered late (due to a courier issue - nothing Salon Wholesale had done) and they were brilliant about it; they chased up the couriers and kept in touch with us throughout. Orders are dispatched quickly and you always get what you order. Can't rate these highly enough.”
