“Have order 3 different products. They sent me 1 wrong product. Messaged them about that nearly 2 weeks ago and still no any solution, still don't have what I ordered and paid for.”

“Packaging needs to be sturdier. The box and contents were pretty crushed upon arrival. So much so that even the tubes of product were bent up. Luckily the tubes didn’t crack open”

“Purchased a hot air styler , the product seems cheap and the nozzle. Seems as it will snap off when using it as it only attaches with one clip , so the other side lifts up”

“I made an order, which arrived ( but I think that 1 otem is missing). I want to see the full list of the ordered items, which looks like that is not possible. I wrote to customer care but got an irrelevant responce.”

“The 2 stars are for the prompt reply for shipping status. Ordered online the Andis USpro lithium Ion hair clipper on the 16th May 2022 and received it on 16 June 2022 because I am in NZ. Plugged in and charged the clipper. Started using on 21st June 2022 and on 25th June 2022 it just won’t turn on or charge. Now it’s sitting back in the box as good as rubbish. Have sent an email to Salon wholesale but to date has no reply. I am very unhappy and gobsmacked over Andis and Salon Warehouse that doesn’t seem to be a fly-by-night company. Theresa , New Zealand.”

“On the 6th June ( about 2.5 weeks ago ) we placed an order for 2 x Arko shaving sticks. We would love to review them BUT nothing here yet? Money paid for order from our account on 6th June too. Have not received notification of dispatch or tracking number.”

“I have used Salonwholesale.com for a few years now, and recently their service has gone downhill. I ordered 6 items, and they only sent me 4 of the 6 items. It is frustrating, and I hope the company will respond soon and resolve this matter.”
