Delivery took longer than stated

Dear Afrah, Thank you very much for your review and rating, and I'm sorry to hear the delivery took longer than expected. I see you placed your order at around 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon, after the 2pm cut-off time for same-day dispatch. You selected our Standard shipping option, and your order was shipped at 9:30am on Monday (the next business day). I see that on Tuesday you contacted Royal Mail asking them to hold your parcel at a collection point, and then you collected it on the Wednesday. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve our services or make our shipping times clearer, please get in touch with our support team, as we love to get customer feedback. Love ordering from you, however when I add my kadus colour to the cart it doesn’t show what shades are in my basket, meaning if I want to add one more of a shade I already added I can’t, just think having the shades shown in the basket would make shopping with you a lot easier

My fault I did order the wrong colours you said I could return them but I will use them this time and make sure I get the black ones next time

esken kom skadet, og jeg betalte også for levering på nettsiden, men på postkontoret sa de at jeg skulle betale ekstra toll, de varslet ikke om dette på nettsiden ved bestilling

The scissors squeak even tho I’ve oiled them to stop it ! Also look like been used ! The pack was Opened not sealed & scissors loose inside !

I mistakenly ordered two men's razors (Parker 99R Super Heavyweight Chrome Butterfly Open Razor. The browser was slow, so I clicked again on the "order now" button) and immediately contacted customer services (as soon as I saw both of them being debited from my bank account) to let them know of my error. I was told to return the extra one. The one I received arrived well-packaged in a box, but did not include a sales invoice. To date, the second razor hasn't arrived.

This is my second time ordering. Havent had a problem on the first order, but this time i unfortunately received an item that was half empty and was not even secured with a tape.

Shipping for china made item was 189% of the item cost. But still better than competitors free shipping price for OEM unit @ 700%
