“I received my package quite quickly but it wasn’t the item described in the photo. Ordered definitely black and received definitely bronze instead. Was advised by customer service that it’s the same item and it just has not been updated on their website. Seems to do the same job.”

“Good service and very helpful. My shipment was stalled at the international transit station. Danielle got in contact with courier company and helped me to track the shipment to know the status. They are easy to available over emails.”

“Only 4 Stars because of the shipment company, it took more than a week longer to deliver with no information as to why and the actualization of the tracking list was very scarce. Besides one of the product bottles was not properly closed and quite a lot of the liquid was spilled.”

“My purchase HAS NOT arrived 23 days after it was confirmed to be dispatched. I will be requesting a refund. Update: To the credit of the company I received a no-quibble refund. I live in New Zealand and the products did eventually arrive after a few months but I had already repurchased them elsewhere. I cannot be sure where the problem lies - it is likely to be outside the control of Salon Wholesale, so this should not necesarily reflect poorly on them.”

“Great product, trusted delivery! Very satisfied. In terms of packaging each bottle was single wrapped in plastic bag with the whole package. Was a bit wasteful and unnecessary.”

“It would be great if there was tracking for the parcel. Especially when it was my first time ordering. The packaging was great! I had to pay customs to get my package which added to the overall cost of the order. I may order again but a larger bulk to make it worth the charges.”
