“My order arrived and it was fine. My only complaint was that the shipping was not updated online. The order took a few weeks and I ended up calling the company to make sure that it was on its way. The person I spoke with was very pleasant.”

“Unfortunately, my product arrived damaged in the post, despite good packaging and so it had to be returned. My rating is based on the quick response from salonwholesale who kept in touch and refunded my purchase as the product was no longer available. Royal Mail on the other hand - provided a very poor delivery service, late delivery and damaged goods. The delay was made worse by the postie asking me whether I wanted to accept the parcel before he returned it. I thought it was a joke as they had put the parcel it into another bag and the bag was full of shampoo.”

“Good prices for good products! The only thing that is annoying is the brexit situation, due to which I need to wait for my delivery to Ireland around 2 weeks +. I guess, it’s worth waiting..”

“Happy with price, product and shipping, Lost 1 star because I don't like buying shampoo without conditioner or conditioner without shampoo. Most people with long hair will always use more conditioner than shampoo.”
