Sorry my last purchase of L'Oréal developper 20mg was not the same as my order described in the picture And too late to receive and disappointed of the wrong item

I have send emails asking for tracking number ti trace the package as package has never delivered and had no response, this is the first time a got any communication with anyone from salon wholesale. You guys are terrible I place the order September 7th and as of today still no package.

Product damage twice waited 2 weeks too get shampoo not happy with your service

Hi Bridget, Thank you for the review. We really want to help you, but we're a little confused about the details & just want to clarify some things. You mentioned your product has been damaged twice, but we only seem to have had one order from you (for one item, which was not shampoo), have had no previous communications from you regarding a damaged product or anything else, and have never re-shipped an item to you. You also mentioned waiting 2 weeks to receive your order, however you received your Salon Wholesale order 48 hours after you ordered it (it was ordered on a Monday evening, shipped on the Tuesday morning, and delivered on the Wednesday). I'm wondering if this review was meant for a different company, but please feel free to reply to our last email if you have any information that could help us to investigate this. A couple weeks ago I order some hair products. At the moment of the checkout I choose to include a surprise gift. And the system charged me an additional $20. When I received the packet I only got what I ordered. I did not received any additional product as a " gift". It was a scam. The surprise gift if that they stole my money. I would never trust, recommend or buy again here.

I would not advise anyone to purchase a product from Salon Warehouse. I did not receive my order and was charged to my account ($8.xx).

Ive brought this comb exactly a month ago and i received an email saying it has been delivered but it wasn't and salonwholesale have not replied to my emails ive sent 3 weeks ago. never buying for here again. do better
