“Delivery took longer than stated”

Dear Afrah, Thank you very much for your review and rating, and I'm sorry to hear the delivery took longer than expected. I see you placed your order at around 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon, after the 2pm cut-off time for same-day dispatch. You selected our Standard shipping option, and your order was shipped at 9:30am on Monday (the next business day). I see that on Tuesday you contacted Royal Mail asking them to hold your parcel at a collection point, and then you collected it on the Wednesday. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve our services or make our shipping times clearer, please get in touch with our support team, as we love to get customer feedback. “I have send emails asking for tracking number ti trace the package as package has never delivered and had no response, this is the first time a got any communication with anyone from salon wholesale. You guys are terrible I place the order September 7th and as of today still no package.”

“Love ordering from you, however when I add my kadus colour to the cart it doesn’t show what shades are in my basket, meaning if I want to add one more of a shade I already added I can’t, just think having the shades shown in the basket would make shopping with you a lot easier”
