I'm terribly sorry about the delay in getting you your order. We usually ship custom-made hoses in 1 - 2 days. However, in this case, we ran into some unforeseen sourcing issues. This is not normal and we are working to fix this situation moving forward.

“My only complaint is they are wrapped up so tightly it takes 5 minutes per piece to get them unwrapped. Not necessarily a bad thing.”
