“I have been using product for a couple of weeks and I have noticed my skin seems to have improved. I have a healthier glow and my skin seems to be more moisturised. May these changes continue. I would definitely continue to use.”

“I've said good for the skincare because it's lovely! However I wasn't impressed with the mail order delivery system. Every day my order details kept saying "awaiting fulfillment" for 5 days when in actual fact the order had been dispatched to my delivery address but no one told me!”

“Very fast delivery, no free sample as indicated when order placed though, very satisfied with facial massage tool. Which friends had recommended to me. Have other Sarah Chapman products from QVC which are lovely on the skin but the massager they sent was of lesser quality.”

“I really like using ultimate cleanse it has cleared up the odd breakouts that I had and doesn't dry out my skin, I also like the overnight facial but think I need to use it with the age repair serum to increase the results as I am very dehydrated”

“I have combination skin and prone to acne, that's why i'm carefull about each product i buy I loved all the samples I got specially the skin perfector and the anti agying serum All products are absorbed quickly to the skin except for the overnight facial I feel it's a bit oily and stays on top of my skin It's been a couple of days since using them, so I don't feel a big difference in the apperence of my skin, but until now i'm loving them specially the aromatic smell of each product Defenitly ordering the normal size products as soon as I figure what samples did I like.”

“Well I've not had these products long, but I can say that I love the smell of them - something akin to those which would be used at a beauty spa. Certainly the Overnight Facial product means that I wake up with my skin feeling lovely, not at all dry as it had been up until I used this, which is a problem at this time of year when heating is on. So far, so good...”

“This is very early days for me as I have only used the products two days. However, both customer service and delivery were excellent, the packaging is beautiful and minimalist and so far I am very happy with all the products plus I also received a lovely candle as a free gift.”

“P & P was quite expensive , but parcel arrived ( quite late for alleged 1st class ) safe & sound . I am pleased with the facialift, easy to use , too early to see any results .”
