“Firstly the website. It's easy to navigate, love that it has videos as well as written descriptions. Products arrived on time wrapped in black tissue, my only feedback would be to see if it was possible to use something other than polystyrene chips in the outer box for protection. These are a bit of an issue to dispose of as they cannot be recycled. Loving my products!”

“Always delivered very promptly, I have a sensitive skin and none od Sarah cremes or face wash causes any oroblems. Having said that for the price of most of the products I expected some visual iprovrments. Sadly apart from nice smell and texture no signs of any reduction in wrinkles sagging or brown spots”

“Hi there, The customer service is great but shipping, particularly international, should be free if the customer spends a significant amount. Perhaps 300 pounds and over. Your products are stocked on Netaporter and they have free shipping with a spend over $350 I think. Hope that helps :) Thanks!”

“Only just started using the product bought online and also several other products bought in a store in Dublin. Need more to be able to comment on results. I was surprised to see that the product I bought on line direct from Sarah Chapman was cheaper on the QVC website- surely that isn't right!”

“Excellent service and well packaged speedy delivery. The cleansing mitts are fabulous.I am a little disappointed with 3D facial masks, I did not notice much difference in my skin and it left me with a headache.”

“Love the products! I wish delivery would be quicker though. For a luxury item, I would expect first class post and items delivered within 3 days of dispatcd - waiting over a week for delivery is not what I expect.”

“Products are good, i love the smell. Facial wash is worth the effort if your going to follow the facial massage. The anti ageing serum and overnight facial oil leave your skin wonderfully soft and smooth. The facial masks are also good left my skin plump, glowing and looking healthy. These could be addictive hahaha Will i order again yes”

“This is my first order after hearing about products here in Dallas, everything marvelous and I willprobly re-order but NOT the Mask: although the results are good , the process and peeling of mask layers is messy...I will leave that to my local salon which does something similar...”

“The overnight hand and cream treatment is fabulous and leaves my hands soft and feeling nourished, and would certainly recommend to anyone. The instant miracle mask, I was looking forward to using enormously; it did leave my skin soft, but it was very messy to use; far too much powder (I could have covered three faces!), and a bit of a nightmare to dispose of. I appreciate that you can't rise it down the sink. I will use it again this evening, but won't use the recommended amount. Thank you for seeking my views. Kathryn”

“I had a facial at Sarah Chapman and was very impressed with the level of service and how my skin glowed after the treatment. I have since invested in a few trial products (overnight facial and overnight radiance booster) and so far I am lovely using them but yet to see any results yet. I will definitely go back for another facial!”
