“On the whole the service was very good. I did phone the customer service line with a query, requesting a call back. However no one did return my call. So I missed the original offer I was considering. However I am pleased with my order and the products.”

“Have used the facial overnight oil for a long time and love it, was buying from Space NK. Thought I would visit Sarah's website, saw the offer for the Pamper Set. It is such good value for money, the cleanser and day cream are also gorgeous.”

“I absolutely love your products. They smell divine which is a big factor for me . I had a trial of products from a well known skin care Doctor and they smelt revolting! I am totally addicted to your facial oils and will continue to buy these as a total necessity. I only wish I could afford to buy all of your range all of the time . Sigh ???? “I'm very happy with my purchases from Sarah Chapman. I am currently using their face cleanser, face serum, and day cream with spf. I also purchased the overnight facial. I'm 34 with combination skin and I found that I love the cleanser because it is nourishing and softening while still removing dirt and makeup but not stripping away moisture. A nice luxury for the cold winter months. The serum and day cream are doing a great job. They don't feel greasy at all but still give my dry skin enough moisture without looking oily under makeup. Finally the overnight facial is a dream. In the beginning of the winter my skin was so so dry and using this oil in combination with the other products has made such a difference. I can honestly say this is the nicest I can remember my skin ever feeling. It's really fantastic stuff and was worth the splurge! *Note: it is also worth investing in the correct cloths to remove the cleanser. I bought some Emma Hardie professional cleansing clothes and they work perfectly. When using the muslin cloth side just be gentle and don't rub too hard.”

“I am a first time user of products. I live out of London so can only buy online and wanted to try as often in magazines winning awards. The products arrived so quickly it was great. I am loving using them and believe they really do make a difference. I use the overnight facial and anti-age serum when I want a boost and the impact is immediate - love it. I also got the instant miracle mask which I used before a couple of parties - all a bit messy but worth it as noticeable refresher of skin. I also got the 3D intensive mask - the impact was less noticeable but perhaps I am not using correctly. Overall, love the products and will definitely reorder - when I have saved up!”

“I first came across Sarah Chapman's beautiful products in the beginning of 2009 - and have been using them ever since - in addition to the effects of the products on my skin, which is obviously the most important, I also adore the divine smell of the frangipane, jasmine, lily and rose - which has made using all my products feel like a long term mini facial, every single day! Sheer bliss. And then, being very choosy about how my bottles and jars look in my bathroom, these are also beautiful to look at. I am totally addicted! Thank you Sarah. Lisa”

“After reviewing multiple positive comments from beauty bloggers, I started to try ultimate cleanse, intense hydrating booster and (of course!) overnight facial from early December. I love them all. I immediately saw the result and benefit on my skin that I have never experienced before with any other products. Looking forward to trying other products too. I gave overnight facial to my mother as christmas gift and also recommended to my friends. The only downside is as I live in Tokyo, some of my friends can't access to products if they are not keen with on-line shopping. Thank you.”

“I am in my early 50's. Being self employed for the past 30 years I have never really taken the time to look after my skin. My excuse has always been that I don't have the time. My 26 year old daughter who has flawless skin recommended that I try the entire range of Sarah Chapman products. This range is her favourite beauty product. I was hesitant because I thought that I'd left it too long to take care of my skin so what was the point starting now. I started using Skinesis Ultimate Cleanse as my skin was extremely dry and flaky. This product smells devine. It is thick and very easy to apply. I apply a little water and massage my entire face and neck. It has reduced the sun damaged redness on my neck considerably. The product gives an immediate effect in that it reduced the flakiness and gave a calming effect to the skin. I have now been using the product for over a month and am extremely happy. It has completely hydrated my skin and left me with a glow. I feel really good about how clean and refreshed my skin is. No more excuses here. The Age Repair Serum is also fantastic.
