“The entire experience was lovely! What a beautiful shop with such magnificent patterns and silks that choosing was the hardest part of the afternoon. The staff was so simpatico and very helpful. I can’t wait to wear and gift the things I purchased!”

“There are several reasons I love this store. First, the whole concept of recycling and repurposing textiles totally appeals. And the clothing is excellent value, and superb selection. Not to mention the great customer service. We took a long time to browse the selection, and tried on numerous items, and never felt rushed or pressured. We will be back.”

“This exceptionally ethical shop is perhaps the most genuinely sustainable I have ever encountered. The customer service is spectacular! Alexandra was so very patient, thoughtful and kind. It was like talking to your best friend about clothes. The silks are gorgeous; many of them are breath-taking. The bamboo base layers are also of exceptional quality and a joy to wear. The pyjamas are the best I have ever worn. The jewelry is delightful...but make sure you also look at the self-care section of the website! The copper water vessels are extraordinary....the kind of handmade artisan work that is astonishing to encounter and a privilege to have in the kitchen. Please purchase something for yourself from this wonderful store immediately! I can't wait to visit on-site when I am next in Hamilton.”

“I just received my order from my favourite store SariKNOTSari!!! This time I ordered a gorgeous side tie silk top and a beautiful waterfall top!! Plus I ordered a pair of the new black opaque tights by Threads. I am so impressed by the quality of the tights and can we talk about the silk!!! So soft and supple!! My goal is to wear silk pieces from your fantastic store every day! These new additions to my collection are very precious. I believe in your store and everything you do to bring happiness to a world that can often be overwhelming. Everyone should try some “silk therapy”!!! It works!!❤️❤️❤️”

“I finally made it into the store after shopping online several times with you. It was a dream come true!! So many choices I could have spent the entire day trying styles on. Even though I had my husband with me the sales ladies were so helpful and I felt like I had my best friends with me. I left the store with 4 beautiful new tops and two sets of magnets to help with styling!! Rest assured I’ll be back as I forgot to try on a boxy baby doll dress. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome!”

“I have to say, I was a little worried because I didnt actually see the piece I ordered in person. Once it arrived it is simply more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I would also like to express that the piece feels almost magical..it actually moved me to tears..I couldnt believe. You can feel the love it took to make. I cant say enough how thrilled I am”

“Unfortunately, my package wasn't delivered in time for my trip. I paid extra, but due to the holiday - Purolator was closed on Friday and Saturday. I left on Sunday (October 1) and was informed that I couldn't pick up the package until October 2.”

Hi Beverly! We are so sorry that your silks did not arrive in time for your vacation despite the fact that we did everything right on our end to make sure the clothing reached you in time. You placed the order at 1:38 pm on September 26th and we had your package ready for shipping three hours later, at 4:38 pm. It was picked up from our store the following morning at 11:30 am. We can see from the tracking information that there was an attempted delivery the next day on Sept 28th at 1:30 pm (in time for your trip) but unfortunately it was delayed as "the receiver (you) was not available". We hope you are able to take them along on your next vacation--people love travelling with sariKNOTsari! If you could consider amending your 1 star review, that would be much appreciated as we are just a small business and we rely on our reviews to prove that we are diligent in our responsibilities to our customers.
