“Amazing service excellent customer service. I receive my income monthly so requested to pay back my loan monthly instead of weekly and this was set up with no trouble by satsuma loans. (collections department) They understood that I like all of my payments due direct debits etc all to come out once a month so that I know exactly where I am. Although satsuma loans advised that their preferred method of collecting payments from customers is weekly they agreed to set this up for me. I would recommend satsuma to anyone. Thank you”

“Very easy to apply online and instant result if approved. Money with you within 4 hours. My only gripe is that you can't arrange monthly repayments. There's only weekly payments. Weekly is just a bit more inconvenient for me, but not a big issue. I certainly recommend them.”

“I needed a quick loan as I had just moved house. What they offered was just what I wanted. Terms and Conditions easy to understand. Process simple : Money in bank same day. Full contact to samsuma via tel or email if I need to discuss; Feel really good about the whole experience.”
