“Being January I had no spare money and was not due to be paid for a few days and my partner had not had any work for the last few weeks. I had an urgent bill to pay and was worried sick and not having great credit history I believed no one would consider helping me. My details were passed to Satsuma Loans after being turned down by a different organisation and they immediately agreed to help me and give me the benefit of the doubt. My bill was paid and I can now pay this back over a few months without worrying. Thank you Satsuma Loans”

“i recently had a miss call and I called satsuma .I was told that I have missed the payment .I explained that I lost my debit card and I had to order a new one.I was under the impression if I had updated one loan the others will get updated automatically . I was talking to Ms.Sagarika ,team member who took time to explain step by step. She was very professional,polite ,and friendly . After the telephone conversation I was so relaxed .I definitely recommend Satsuma ,and staff members like Sagarika they are an asset to the company .”
