“I ordered two boxes of the Royal Doulton 1815 16 piece dinner service. Unfortunately one of the large plates was broken, possibly because one box wasn't packed as well as the other one. I sent a photo of the broken plate and Savoy and Snook agreed to send me a replacement; this has now arrived. Very good service.”

“I had a frustrating time because I made a mistake with the billing address and informed the company who then changed the delivery address rather than the billing address so the present that I had ordered was delivered here instead of to my friend (who's birthday it was for) and have not offered to compensate me for the mistake/pay for delivery to my friend, so I have had to make my own arrangements at my own cost - the first (and last) time I will be using this company...”

“Discovered Savoy and Snook with a google search for mugs I wanted to buy more of. I accidentally ordered only one mug, but Savoy and Snook made it very easy and quick for me to add an extra item to my order. The mugs (my favourite white Cellini mugs from Villeroy and Boch) arrived well-packaged and in very quick time. Thank you Savoy and Snook.”

“The item was well wrapped in bubble warp, which meant that the box was undamaged upon arrival. It is intended as a gift, so that was really a relief that the box was unmarked. I thought it might be a bit fraid around the edges, but it looked as though it had been wrapped for delivery with care, which I liked.”
