“For the item I wanted, Savoy and Snook were the cheapest on the day. Delivery was fast and my purchase was extremely well wrapped. I would definitely choose them again for future purcheases if the price is right.”

“I purchased a Waterford Crystal Mixology Champagne Coupe Set of 4 . 2 of the glasses were broken when I first opened the box. After emailing pictures and follow up with a phone call I spoke to Bryony who apologised and offered to send 2 replacement glasses, which I accepted. They arrived within 2 days. Bryony was sympathetic, efficient and very professional dealing with this situation. Excellent customer service.”

“*Updated: after writing the below review finally someone did get back to me and they offered me the extra mug for free and posted it out which I was very pleased about. Bought 2 x 1815 Royal Doulton mug sets (1 brights and one lights), when the mugs arrived, the lights set had three colours instead of four different colours, as two mugs were the same colour. I did send them a message regarding the issue (as if one mug had been smashed and replaced) but still no one has got back to me!”

“Service from Savoy and snook was great. The item was packaged very well and arrived safely. The item itself was lovely however even though it is part of set, it was off colour. My other items are white with coloured pattern, this item was cream with coloured pattern. Not Savoy and snook's fault. But shame they don't match properly.”
