“Bought a cup and saucer to replace some that had got broken. I email a request to send it to an alternative address,and customer services assured me this would be done. The items arrived on time to the right address,very well packed ,there was no damage and they arrived intact. I was very impressed with the excellent level of service and would certainly use them again.”

“All in all, a TOTALLY FLAWLESS buying experience. After an internet search, this shop offered me the best price by far for the merchandise I wanted. Ordering was very fast and easy, and the fragile goods were very well packaged and delivered very quickly indeed. I was delighted. I unhesitatingly recommend the company, and hope to buy from them again soon- the service was quite magnificent ! ( thanks to all )”

“The salt and pepper pots are very plain but such an elegant design,just what I wanted. The parcel was so well packaged it was the best I had ever seen and the items certainly would not have broken during transit. Excellent service and product.”

“Bought a single bowl, yet it was still very well packed and arrived within 2/3 days of ordering, post free. Had seen this bowl in a store for 30 percent more. So will keep a look out on Savoy and Snook's website.”

“I bought half a dozen mugs, the prices were excellent cheaper than the first four I purchased from a garden centre. Ordering was extremely easy and the delivery was well wrapped and protected. It arrived within a couple of days, I would definitely use savoy and snook again.”

“Great little gadget. Saves a lot of bother, unlike filters where it's difficult to get the loose tea out. A quick tap and the tea falls out fairly neatly so you don't lose loads of leaves down the plug hole I'd recommend it highly to all tea lovers so long as you only want on cup.”
