“I purchased a Waterford Crystal Mixology Champagne Coupe Set of 4 . 2 of the glasses were broken when I first opened the box. After emailing pictures and follow up with a phone call I spoke to Bryony who apologised and offered to send 2 replacement glasses, which I accepted. They arrived within 2 days. Bryony was sympathetic, efficient and very professional dealing with this situation. Excellent customer service.”

“The product looks very good, does what it promises and the price is also right. Perfect! The only thing I would like Snook and Savoy to consider is the packaging: my tiny suction cup razor holder arrived in a HUGE package wrapped in far too much bubble wrap. As my item is not even fragile, please use less packaging. Thank you!”
