“Awesome set of pans. Bought one pan a year ago and liked it so much decided to by the set. While the CS+ is expensive, I am one that firmly believes that you get what you pay for.”

“I previously owned a large fry pan, and when my old 2 quart saucepan gave up the ghost, based on the experience with the pan, I went right o Scanpan and ordered. the expense is worthwhile. The cookware is durable, easy to clean, attractive....with an emphasis on easy to clean. I'll be back.”

“I am a fan. I have 3 other Scanpans of the TECNIQ variety, and have bought bistro pans and roasting pans for family members. I spotted this one on sale and jumped at the chance. It is versatile--stovetop and oven. I think it will replace other baking pans, because it is attractive for serving and easy to clean.”

“Who says you can't have it all? Scanpan sears, braises, sautés AND cleans up like brand new. Handle is comfortable and stays cool. Best non stick pan ever. Should there be any residue here's my easy clean up trick: after pan cool down add water 1-2 inches + dollop of AUTOMATIC dish soap and "some" baking soda. Bring to boil, then simmer a bit. Once cool and rinsed, it will be totally perfect. Enjoy.”

“I have been using these in the past two decades. They proved to be reliable! The time came to upgrade and re-new ( though I do not cook much ) and I purchased the same set of SCANPAN fry pans the alternative options failed to excite me.”
