“I have been using these in the past two decades. They proved to be reliable! The time came to upgrade and re-new ( though I do not cook much ) and I purchased the same set of SCANPAN fry pans the alternative options failed to excite me.”

“I've been using the TECHNIQ 10.25" skillet for a few years. Just bought the TECHNIQ 11" square. If I had heard of SCANPAN 30 years ago, all of my cookware would be from this company.”

“I bought my first 11" scan pan through Blue Apron 6 years ago. I use it almost every day. It is my 'go to' pan. Still in such great shape I just bought a new one from Scan Pan for my daughter!”

“Have the 2 frypan set. Chose these pans because the handles are attached to the outside, not through the pans. Cooked food washes off all surfaces easily.”

“This pan is fabulous. I recently used it for a cooktop/oven salmon recipe for a large group and, on a separate occasion, to sear a large tenderloin for a beef Wellington recipe. Both meals were a big hit. The pan has a nice weight, is very well built and looks great. I love the handles and the glass lid which fits so well. It is also easy to clean because it's completely non-stick. This is a high quality product.”
