The person manning the iPad had checked us in on a previous passenger and not us- so he said "oh well, you'll just have to be this other person" and "we will call it even since I don't know how to fix it".”
“Very disappointed because my rental in San Diego when I was on vacation was to arrive in the morning but never arrived until around 5pm. Had to cancel our plans for the day because I didn't have the scooter. Tried to get reimbursed but company said no because I did get it that day. Yes I did but it was useless to me that day and ruined our vacation plans.”
