“The scooter broke while on my cruise and I had to have the crew call you and some how get it going again. However, I did lose a day without it because it was a faulty battery or booster cable. This is the second time something like this has happened to me and if it happens again, I am through with scootaround. I have already talked to your people about this.”

“I had one bad experience and several excellent experiences... I love that the scooters are small so can fit in an accessible room, easily. It is easily controlled so you aren't mowing people down. It lets me get from place to place and keep up with my friends when I have to walk long distances; like on a ship or on the strip, in Vegas. The one bad experience was when they gave me one that wasn't fully charged but it said that it was and I kept getting stuck. I usually find them very nice. I have rented a lot of them and will continue to do so whenever I travel.”
“Renting was easy. Pickup in Galveston was challenging because you picked up the scooter in the room. Same thing with drop off. We end up walking lots further than was comfortable and Special Needs did have terminal pick up and drop off. The equipment performed flawlessly and was easy to operate.”
