“Our scooter broke down at Disney World two hours into the park. I spent the next day attempting to get someone to come pick it up and or get me a new one. No return calls.
Three days later I rented another scooter to be delivered to the Port of Miami and it never arrived. You had the correct date and ship's name but wrong port. Fortunately a scooter was left of the ship from the previous sailing otherwise I would of been left on a 10 day cruise without a scooter to use.
I havent' heard from your company until now. I am now letting you know that if I don't receive a call and apology and compensation for unused rental days I will leave terrible reviews on social media. No one should have to go through what we did without hearing back from your company. I am giving you till April 1st to contact me at 208-755-4332.”
“A truly seamless rental. I rented a scooter for a 7 day cruise. My scooter was at my hotel when I arrived, I was able to scoot right on the ship with no problem. It was very nice not to have to stand in all the lines and wait to board. My scooter worked great on the ship and even went off the ship on an excursion to Cozumel. No problems, no worries, no hassles it all went great. This cruise would not have been half as enjoyable without the scooter.”

“I was very disappointed with the wheelchair I rented. The footpads were bent and very close to the ground making it impossible to use when there were any bumps or to cross the road. They kept getting caught. We only used it 1 out of 10 days and I used the walker we brought. I know it was a busy time of year but still. I didn't bother calling because you had trouble lining up any device for me. My previous rental was great.”
