“I was really struggling to find the right 510's in the right size, but at Scotby they have a great selection including the hard to find sizes. “Really pleased with my juice lubes racing top,as a long time user of their bike care products I was really pleased to find this item.I ordered this over the Christmas holidays and to my surprise my top arrived today ( weds 28 ) the first day postage resumed.Scotby cycles are a really good retailer,I will certainly be ordering from them again.”

“I originally ordered some trainers, they came in the wrong size, a bit annoying but mistakes happen. The returns process was so simple, return label, used the same packaging it came in and within a few days I got a personal email from Scotby apologising, confirming a refund and they also gave me a voucher for my troubles. Excellent service, I used the voucher towards some new pedals, again service excellent dispatched very promptly and with 48 hour signed Royal Mail. Excellent service, no issues and I will be definitely using again.”

“Excellent quality product (Ortelieb cycle bag), bought £10 cheaper than elsewhere on line, and no charge for postage - win, win! Delivered within 48 hrs at xmas time, full dispatch information sent very promptly after order in a very pleasant email from the customer service team. Highly recommended”
